SING: FLORIDA 26TH DEC 2025 – 2ND JAN 2026 (LANDING 3RD JAN)
COST: £1950pp (SINGERS) OR £1750 (NON SINGER)
BASED UPON 4 PEOPLE SHARING A SUITE
(2 DOUBLE TWINS AND 1 EMPORER BED, KITCHEN, 2 ENSUITE, POOL ACCESS AND BREAKFAST)
Come and join us for a week of singing in the sunshine of fabulous Florida at Universal Studios and with the Voices of Liberty, The Disney Orchestra and other singers on the EPCOT main stage! This project: sing has Joint rehearsals in Sheffield with options to participate or watch recordings online.

The performances will take place between December 27th to Jan 1st allowing people to explore the surrounding area.
Songs for Universal will mirror the music for the Chorus UK’s ‘Christmas with Chorus’ Concert.
Songs for Disney are set by Disney (to be confirmed) and are approximately 12 in total (similar to our Project: Sing Songs of Christmas)
The COSTs PER PERSON are based on 4 people sharing a suite, a twin room (both double beds) and a master bedroom (emperor bed). Both rooms are en suite and either side of a kitchen/dining/lounge area.
Hotel: The Staybridge Suites (Lake Buena Vista)
ALL FEES INCLUDE:
– rehearsal costs
– Music Resources
– Transportation to and from the hotel for singing.
– Bed and Breakfast
– Performance Fees
– City Tax
– 2 days park passes (2 days of Disney AND 2 days of Universal)
NOT INCLUDED:
– Flights (we are happy to source but will do so at a slightly later date when prices are at optimum)
– Meals, sundries etc.

£1950pp (SINGERS)
£1750 (NON SINGER)
Payments:
A deposit of £150 pp is required to secure your place on this trip. The deposit is to be paid by 31st January 2025.
By 1st February £150 Deposit
By 1st April £450pp (totalling £600 including deposit)
By 1st June £450pp (totalling £1,050 including Deposit and first payment)
By 1st August £450 (totalling £1,500)
By 1st October a final payment of either £450 or £250 dependent on being a singer or non-singer.

Please note: We need a minimum of 12 singers for this trip to run. If, by 1st February 2025, the target hasn’t been met then all deposits will be fully refunded.
Upon reaching the target all applicants will be notified by email and the trip will be ‘confirmed’. From then on, all payments are non-refundable and you are fully liable for the whole amount.
We would encourage you to have suitable insurance in place in the event of any unforseen circumstances.
